Hypertension Measurement & Management Is in Cardiovascular Nurses’ Hands

Every day, cardiovascular nurses are on the front lines of hypertension care. They identify risks before complications arise. They help patients navigate treatment. And they give people the knowledge and confidence to take greater control of their heart health.
