Megan ­­­Webber

Megan ­­­Webber, MSN, RN, NPD-BC, CMSRN, provides operations support and leadership to the Clinical & Professional Development department at MercyOne Dubuque Hospital in Iowa. Megan coordinates orientation, aligns department plans to address organizational priorities, and collaborates with other interdisciplinary team members to enhance the clinical care of patients. Megan is the system’s Magnet Program Director. Megan frequently utilizes interactive classroom modalities for nurse residency seminars and other professional development sessions.
