Kristina Thomas MS, RN, NE-BC is a U.S. Army veteran and served with the 31st Engineer Battalion out of Fort Bragg. She attributes her love for leadership and ‘making it better’ to this experience. She currently has the privilege of managing a telemetry/neuroscience unit and has a strong interest in translating research into practice. This interest has led to her current Doctor of Nursing Practice track through Chamberlain University. Kristina has spent most of her career in Emergency Medicine, but has always been drawn to the cardiac patient, robust patient education practices, and preventative medicine.
