Josephine Agyei

Josephine Agyei, BSN, RN, is a clinical nurse in the Cardiac Surgery and Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit at Mount Sinai Hospital. She is currently pursuing a dual Master of Science in Nursing in Healthcare Organizational Leadership and Master of Business Administration at Johns Hopkins University. Josephine serves as the Director-at-Large, Staff Nurse on the American Nurses Association Board of Directors and as Chair of the International Council of Nurses Alliance of Students and Early Career Nurses Steering Committee. Through her clinical practice and leadership, she is dedicated to advancing the nursing profession by championing leadership development, health policy, workforce advocacy, and health equity.
