Jennifer McCombs, RN, MSN-Ed, CNE-n, CVRN-BC has been a Tennessean since 2006. She is an alum of the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, where she earned her BSN with a minor in Psychology in 2011, and completed her Master of Science in Nursing Education in 2023. Jennifer brings 13 years of experience in cardiac nursing, spanning interventional and surgical cardiac care as well as intensive care. She has been a PCNA member since 2015 and earned her CVRN-BC certification in 2014 and CNEn certification in 2024. Jennifer currently works as an RN on a cardiothoracic surgical step-down unit and as a pre-licensure nursing coach at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Her personal interests include gardening, hiking, and writing, and she is passionate about advancing women’s heart health.
