Chiadi Ndumele, MD, PhD, is an Associate Professor of Medicine and Epidemiology, Director of Obesity and Cardiometabolic Research, and Director of the Heart Failure Prevention Program in the Division of Cardiology at Johns Hopkins University. Dr. Ndumele is a preventive cardiologist and epidemiologist who leads a research program primarily focused on characterizing cardiometabolic risk factors for cardiovascular disease and refining strategies for heart failure prevention. Dr. Ndumele received his M.D. from Harvard University, Internal Medicine training at Brigham and Women’s Hospital, Cardiology fellowship training at Johns Hopkins University, and an MHS and PhD in Epidemiology from Johns Hopkins.
