Billy A. Caceres
Bio
Dr. Billy A. Caceres is an Assistant Professor at the Columbia University School of Nursing. His program of research examines social and structural determinants of cardiovascular health among marginalized populations across the lifespan, including racial, ethnic, sexual and gender minority individuals. In 2020, Dr. Caceres was the recipient of the National Institutes of Health’s Sexual and Gender Minority Early-Stage Investigator Award. He is a fellow of the American Academy of Nursing and the American Heart Association.
