Accessing Your PCNA Account
Click on “Forgot password?” on the Sign-In page (found under Username and Password). Instructions for resetting your password will be emailed to you. If you do not receive an email within 1 hour, contact us directly. The email may have been caught in your spam folder.
Login using the email address that you originally used to create an account. Once you are logged in, you will be able to update your contact information on the My Details section of your profile. You can change your password on the preference tab on your profile.
Continuing Education
The following are step-by-step instructions for how to complete your CE evaluations and access your CE certificate:
- Click ‘My Classroom’ in the top menu bar.
- Log in when prompted – from there, you will be redirected to your online classroom.
- Once in your online classroom, click ‘My Courses.
- Navigate to the course you wish to complete and click on the title to begin.
- Complete each component of the course.
- Once all components are complete, you will be able to claim, view, and download your certificate.
You can view your completed CE courses by visiting My Classroom, clicking on My Courses, and then Certificates. Here you will see all completed CE certificates and can print or download your transcript. If your account does not display your recently completed CE courses, please contact us.
When you register for a virtual summit or webinar, the link to join the event will be emailed to you. A reminder email with the access link will also be sent one day before the event. We recommend checking your spam or junk folder if you do not see these emails. If you still can not locate the emails, please contact us.
Within a day of completing a virtual CE summit or webinar, your CE will be ready for you in your classroom. Simply click “My Classroom” in the top menu bar, login to your online classroom, click “My Courses” and navigate to the virtual summit or webinar. Once you complete the remaining components of the course, including the post-test and evaluation, your CE certificate will be ready to view and download.
Membership
Anyone who has an interest in cardiovascular health care is encouraged to become a PCNA member.
PCNA membership runs on an anniversary year, which expires either one, two or five years from the date of joining, depending on which membership you chose. Renewal notices are sent via email. You will also find your expiration date listed on your PCNA membership card.
A “Renew Now” button will appear on your profile a few months before your expiration date. Renew online before your expiration date to receive a discount! If you would like to switch membership types, choose your desired membership from the Membership Options section of the Become a Member page.
If your “Renew Now” button is not bringing you to a payment page, here are some options you can try:
- Clear your cache
- Use a different browser
- Connect to a different network
- Use an incognito tab
If none of those work, or if your “Renew Now” button isn’t there, please contact us for assistance.
It will take 24 hours for your membership be active if purchased Monday through Friday. If you purchase your membership on Saturday or Sunday, please allow 2 business days to process.
Membership information will be electronically sent to you within 48 hours of your purchase. If you would like a membership card, please contact us.
