Rachel Baldwin serves as Program Assistant at PCNA. In this role, she is responsible for managing our learning software and abstracts program and serves as staff liaison to the International Committee. She wears many hats that include supporting the CEO and Grants Coordinator. Rachel received her BA in Gender and Women’s Studies from the University of Wisconsin – Madison in 2016. She is passionate about women’s issues and community improvement and has also been an advocate for her tribe, the Brothertown Indian Nation. In 2018, she participated in the New Leaders Council Fellowship program, where she was trained in community leadership, advocacy, and communication. In her free time, she enjoys cycling, rock climbing, and improv comedy.
