Course Overview
Join Kelly M. Rudd, PharmD, FCCP, BCPS, CACP for this VTE CE course and review of venous thromboembolism (VTE) blood clot risk factors and best practices to prevent them in medically complex hospitalized patients. Of these best practices, antithrombotic medications for treatment and prevention will be explored. Strategies to improve adherence to medication regimens will be discussed.
