Course Overview
Amanda K. Verma, MD, FACC will review COVID-19 and adverse physical manifestations in the post-acute phase in this 0.5 CE contact hour course. Explore the data on chronic COVID syndrome, or long-hauler syndrome, and the persistent physical manifestations and learn the possible long-term cardiovascular risks in patients with a history of COVID-19 infection, as well as the necessary screening and assessment techniques. Finally, this course will cover the gaps and opportunities for further research in regard to COVID-19 long-hauler syndrome.
