1. Go to pcna.net
2. Click on "My CE" in the upper right hand corner
3. Login when prompted
4. Once in your CE profile, click under "Manage Credit"
5. Find the title of your program and click on "Submit Credit"
6. Under Manage credit, click "continue"
7. Do the survey and click "submit"
8. Click "process credit"
9. View your certificate under "processed credit"
