Leadership Series: Diversity in Clinical Trials

September 11, 2024

11:00 am CDT -12:00 pm CDT

Join us for a complimentary continuing education course to explore diversity in clinical trials in the seventh event in PCNA’s Leadership Series.

You’ll earn 2.0 CE contact hours for completing all 3 course components:

  1. Literature Review pre-reading (0.5 CE)
  2. Live Q&A Panel on September 11 at 11:00 am CT (1.0 CE)
  3. Recorded Webinar post-event (0.5 CE)

The live Q&A Panel will take place on September 11, 2024, at 11:00 am central time. Join us for the opportunity to ask the panelists questions and gain insights on their experiences with clinical trials, including recruiting participants, being involved as an investigator and everything in between. The role of the nurse and healthcare professional has never been as important in clinical trials as we see continued lack of heterogeneity among present day trials resulting in an increased need for diversity among participants to shape the future of healthcare to reach the needs of diverse populations.

A Literature Review will be shared with all registrants via email before the live Q&A Panel, and the recorded webinar will be available following the live Q&A Panel. A recording of the Q&A Panel will be available, however, we strongly encourage you to attend on September 11 so you can ask your questions firsthand! You can submit your questions here.
