HFSA Virtual Heart Failure Patient and Caregiver Day 2022

The Heart Failure Society of America (HFSA) is hosting a virtual program of education and support for heart failure patients and caregivers. The program will give patients and caregivers the opportunity to participate in interactive educational sessions with the leading experts in the field.

The objectives of the Heart Failure Patient and Caregiver Day are to:

• Provide engaging and patient-centered education on all aspects of heart failure treatment and management
• Empower patients and caregivers to play an active role in their care through a better understanding of heart failure
• Identify available resources that offer support and encouragement in the management of heart failure
