In July 2025 PCNA’s Leadership Series will host a Lightning Talk⚡session with 3-5 nurses sharing their experience or work with combatting burnout across healthcare settings. Nurses are invited to share their best practices and experiences covering topics such as:

• Empowering nurses to work to the full scope of their license
• Amplifying the voice of nursing at the local, regional, national or global level
• Creation or participation in activities or programs to enhance or enact a culture of safety and healthcare professional well-being
• Other innovative strategies are welcome!

Presenters will be asked to present their work with ONE slide in five minutes or less to an engaged PCNA audience. Presenters will also participate in a panel discussion with the other presenters and the audience during a one-hour live event.
