The Upper Valley PCNA Chapter will represent nursing in New Hampshire and Vermont as far south as Nashua, New Hampshire except for the New Hampshire seacoast. The goal of this chapter is to bring the nurses of New Hampshire and Vermont together to learn about heart disease prevention and management. This chapter will help bring nurses together to collaborate in caring for members of our community with cardiovascular disease. We hope to improve the treatment and management of cardiovascular disease through nursing and community education and program development.
