The interactive version of our Blood Clots tool may be used in the clinical setting or accessed by patients and their families/caregivers at home. It includes an option for the booklet to be read aloud for the visually impaired and those who prefer audio learning. Embedded videos allow for more detailed descriptions of processes such as how to correctly put on compression stockings. The booklet also includes:

  • individualized goal-setting worksheets
  • self-care instructions
