PATIENT HANDOUT: LIVING GUIDELINES FOR WOMEN

The Preventive Cardiovascular Nurses Association has developed this living guidelines handout for nurses and other health care providers to use with patients.
The American Heart Association, in collaboration with national organizations dedicated to women’s health, have released new life-saving guidelines for the prevention of heart disease.

This double-sided patient handout summarizes new life-saving national guidelines and includes information on risk factors for developing heart disease and metabolic syndrome and tips for lifestyle change.
